Privacy policy and terms.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal or security risk.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (projects, collaborators, storage, downloads) are enforced by the Service and may change with notice.

You retain all rights to the 3D models, files, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, back up, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service and to provide collaboration features to the users you invite. You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You agree not to: (a) upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data; (c) reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without written permission; (d) use the Service to violate export controls, sanctions, or any applicable law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. You are responsible for keeping independent backups of Your Content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHINOCOLLAB AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RhinoCollab and its operators from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

You may delete your account from the dashboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 10) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s country of residence, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts located there, unless mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
